Today, I will be giving athlete information folders to those who are missing physicals or commitment forms. I will give a one-week grace period to each athlete to have these in. After that point, no player may practice until those items are in.
As for physicals, one place that you may get a quick physical is at Physical Express in Millbrook. The address is:
